I have a Cinderilla v1.2 which I ordered from Amazon three years ago. Now it refuses to work. Can you help?

Sure, there is an free update to 1.4 available which should solve this issue. Please refer to the Springer Electronic Media Helpdesk which you should find at http://www.springeronline.com .

You can also send an email to generalrequest@cinderella.de and I will forward it to Springer.
